 EXCEPT for those who have block bookings with me or gift cards! If that is you then please EMAIL me Jessicalilyreflex@gmail.com and we can get you booked in .

If you wish to be on a waiting list for days during my maternity which I will be open then please email me at Jessicalilyreflex@gmail.com and let me know your interest so you can be the first to know and get your appointments booked in.

Reflexology is a very versatile treatment but in some cases it is safer for us not to treat, if you have any of the following conditions please do not book in, if your unsure, please send me an email Jessicalilyreflex@gmail.com and I can advise what's best.

  • Contagious Diseases/ Contagious Skin Diseases

  • Fever

  • Covid-19 / Covid-19 Symptoms

  • Covid-19 Vaccine within the last 72 hours

  • Long haul flight within the last 72 hours

  • Any untreated severe medical condition, or acute pain - please refer to a doctor before booking

  • IF UNDER THE CARE OF A HEALTH CARE PROFESSIONAL PLEASE GET WRITTEN PERMISSION FROM YOUR HEALTH CARE PROFESSIONAL 

  • Pregnant ( Please see a qualified maternity reflexologist - I will be completing this course later on in the year) 

  • For any facial treatment NO BOTOX/FILLERS within 3/4 weeks

  • No Facelifts un till fully healed

CANCELATION POLICY

If you wish to cancel or rearrange your appointment, please contact me at least 24 hours before your appointment , your deposit is NON REFUNDABLE if cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours of your appointment  - If before 24 hours treatments can be moved to a different date and time that suit you.
